New Workplace Pension Rules came into force 1st October 2012

  • MUST automatically enrol eligible workers into a qualifying workplace pension scheme
  • MUST prove that they comply with the legislation by set deadlines
  • Will incur severe financial penalties for breaching rules
  • One of the main reasons to act early is to SAVE MONEY
